Characteristics of wear-resistant liner
This liner boasts an alloy wear-resistant layer, created through surfacing welding on regular steel plates, heat-resistant, or stainless steel plates, featuring a carbide volume fraction exceeding 50% Cr7C3.
Renowned for its outstanding wear resistance and impact resilience, this steel plate is deformable, weldable, and can be cut, punched, or crimped, making it highly versatile for engineering applications in wear and mining industries.
While the manufacturing cost of wear-resistant composite steel plates may be higher, their extended service life significantly reduces maintenance expenses and downtime losses, offering a cost-effectiveness that is 2 to 4 times greater than standard materials. The more material processed, the more severe the equipment wear, highlighting the economic benefits of this robust solution.

Special dust-proof grille
To combat the dispersion of dust from ore dumping, a specially designed rubber grille is installed above the hopper, effectively minimizing dust concentration and safeguarding both the environment and worker health.
