3) Desired surface treatment (anodizing, powder coating, sand blasting, plating, polishing, brushing)
4) Quantity specifications (per order/ per month/ annually)
5) Any special requests or requirements, such as packaging, labeling, or delivery methods.
2.Q: What should we do if we don't have drawings?
A: Please send us your samples along with drafts detailing thickness, length, height, and width. Our engineers will then create CAD or 3D files for you.
3.Q: Can we monitor your product's progress without visiting your facility?
A: Absolutely, we provide a detailed production schedule and weekly updates with photos or videos to showcase the manufacturing process, keeping you well-informed.
4.Q: Is it possible to place a trial order or request samples of just a few pieces?
A: Yes, we do charge for sample or mold costs initially, but these costs are refunded upon placing a mass order, subject to negotiation..
