Suitable for :
Suspension stirrup for attaching poultry, particularly free-range chickens and smaller chickens and turkeys (up to 8kg), to an overhead conveyor to make slaughtering easier, improve productivity and reduce drudgery.

Suspension brackets are fitted under the fork halves (fork halves not included). Chickens and turkeys are suspended by the legs (two leg loops allow chickens and turkeys to be hung in two widths, depending on the type of poultry and the slaughter stage). This stirrup is supplied with a stainless steel hanger (half forks and castors not included: spare parts available on quotation). Stirrup made from stainless steel wire.

Our advice on use and maintenance :
Stirrups compatible with all types of half forks. Insert the legs of a free-range chicken or turkey into the leg holes provided to hang it from the poultry overhead conveyor. To hang the stirrup from the conveyor: pass the stirrup hanger through the bottom of the half-fork using a screw and nut (not supplied). To adjust the height of the stirrup, it is possible to use hangers of specific heights (sold separately) between the stirrup and the half-fork.
