The wear-resistant liner is connected to the inside surface of the silo with screws, which is very convenient to replace when the wear-resistant liner needs to be replaced.

 

Characteristics of wear-resistant liner
Wear-resistant steel plate is an alloy wear-resistant layer formed by surfacing welding on ordinary steel plate or heat-resistant steel plate and stainless steel plate with a volume fraction of more than 50% Cr7C3 carbide.
This steel plate boasts exceptional wear resistance along with impact and deformation capabilities. It is weldable and can be directly crimped and shaped like regular steel plates. Its versatility allows for cutting, punching, and processing into intricate engineering parts, making it ideal for wear-intensive industries and mining operations.
Though the manufacturing cost of the wear-resistant composite steel plate is higher, its service life is extended multiple times, significantly reducing maintenance and downtime costs. The cost-effectiveness is 2 to 4 times greater compared to ordinary materials. As equipment wear increases with material volume, the economic benefits of using this steel plate become more pronounced.

Special dust-proof grille
To combat dust generated from ore dumping and improve air quality, we install a specialized rubber grille above the hopper. This innovative solution minimizes dust concentration, safeguarding both the environment and worker health.
