Characteristics of wear-resistant liner
Our wear-resistant steel plate boasts an alloy wear-resistant layer, expertly surfaced onto steel, with over 50% Cr7C3 carbide, offering remarkable durability.
This innovative steel plate exhibits exceptional wear resistance, impact resilience, and is easily deformable and weldable, enabling it to be shaped and processed for engineering uses across wear-intensive industries.
While investing in wear-resistant composite steel plates might increase production costs, it notably extends service life multiple times, dramatically reducing maintenance costs and downtime. The value proposition is 2 to 4 times superior compared to traditional materials, especially in high wear scenarios.

Special dust-proof grille
To effectively mitigate dust from ore dumping, a specialized rubber grille is installed above the hopper, significantly reducing dust concentration, promoting environmental and worker health.
