1) Detailed drawings in STEP, CAD, PROE, DXF, and PDF formats.
2) Material requirements (ALU, STEEL, IRON, COPPER, etc.).
3) Desired surface treatments (anodizing, powder coating, sandblasting, plating, polishing, brushing).
4) Quantity specifications (per order, monthly, annual).
5) Any special requests or requirements, such as packaging, labels, or delivery preferences.
2. Q: What should we do if we don't have drawings?
A: Please provide us with your samples and drafts specifying thickness, length, height, and width. Our engineers will then create detailed CAD or 3D files.
3. Q: Is it possible to monitor the progress of your products without visiting your company?
A: Absolutely! We provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly updates with photos or videos showcasing the manufacturing process.
4. Q: Can I place a trial order or request samples of only a few pieces?
A: Initially, we charge for sample or mold costs. However, these costs will be reimbursed when you place bulk orders, subject to negotiation..
