Product Description
Forging is the process of forging metal materials in red-hot state (usually heated above the recrystallisation temperature and below the solid phase line) by means of pneumatic hammers, presses or other forging equipments, so as to make them plastically deformed, thus obtaining workpieces of the required shapes and sizes. During the forging process, internal defects such as porosity and holes in the metal material are eliminated, thus improving its mechanical properties.
