Linear vibrating screen: It is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the exciting forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis and overlap into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen is a straight line. Under the combined force of the exciting force and the gravity, the material is thrown up and jumps forward on the screen surface to make a linear motion, thereby realizing the screening and grading of the material.
Circular vibrating screen: It uses an upright motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert the rotational motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transmit this motion to the screen surface, so that the material moves outward on the screen surface. By adjusting the relative phase of the eccentric blocks at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor, the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed.
Elliptical vibrating screen: It combines the characteristics of linear vibrating screen and circular vibrating screen. Its vibration trajectory is projected as a circle on the horizontal plane and an ellipse on the vertical plane. This vibration mode makes the material move both forward linearly and in a circular motion on the screen surface, thus improving the screening efficiency and effect.

A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with photos or videos which show the manufacturing process.
4.Q: Can I have a trial order or samples only for several pieces?
A: We will charge sample or mold cost first, and we will refund the sample cost when you placed mass orders with negotiation.
