3) Any desired surface treatments, such as anodizing, powder coating, sandblasting, plating, polishing, or brushing.
4) Specify the quantity required per order, per month, or annually.
5) Note any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labeling, or delivery instructions.
2. Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Kindly send your samples along with drafts indicating thickness, length, height, and width. Our engineers will create CAD or 3D files based on your submissions.
3. Q: Is it possible to track the progress of your products without visiting your company?
A: We provide a comprehensive production schedule and send weekly reports with photos or videos showcasing the manufacturing process, allowing you to stay informed remotely.
4. Q: Can I place a trial order or request samples for just a few pieces?
A: We are delighted to offer trial orders or samples, accompanied by an initial sample or mold fee. However, to express our commitment to fostering a long-term partnership, this fee will be reimbursed in full once you place a mass order, as discussed in our negotiations..
