Characteristics of wear-resistant liner
Wear-resistant steel plate is an alloy wear-resistant layer formed by surfacing welding on ordinary steel plate or heat-resistant steel plate and stainless steel plate with a volume fraction of more than 50% Cr7C3 carbide.
Wear-resistant steel plate has high wear resistance, impact resistance, deformable and weldable properties, can be directly crimped and deformed like steel plate, cutting and punching processing links, processed into engineering parts to meet the wear industry and mining put into use.
Although the manufacturing cost of wear-resistant composite steel plate is increased, the service life is increased several times, making the maintenance cost and downtime loss greatly reduced, and the price performance ratio is about 2 to 4 times higher than that of ordinary materials. The greater the amount of material treated, the more serious the equipment wear, the more obvious the economic effect of using wear-resistant composite steel plate.
