Characteristics of wear-resistant liner
This liner is crafted from wear-resistant steel plate, featuring a unique alloy wear-resistant layer formed by surfacing welding on ordinary steel plate or heat-resistant and stainless steel plates, infused with over 50% of Cr7C3 carbide.
Renowned for its superior wear and impact resistance, along with flexibility in deformation and welding, the steel plate can be easily manipulated like standard steel plates. It supports crimping, deforming, cutting, and punching, making it ideal for creating durable engineering components for the mining and wear industries.
While the initial cost of a wear-resistant composite steel plate might be higher, its prolonged service life drastically cuts down maintenance expenses and minimizes downtime losses. Its cost-performance ratio is 2 to 4 times that of standard materials, illustrating substantial economic benefits, especially in high-wear scenarios.

Special dust-proof grille
To tackle the dust generated during ore dumping, we've integrated a specialized rubber dust-proof grille atop the hopper. This innovation significantly diminishes dust concentration, safeguarding both the environment and worker health.
