Its main function is to convey items from one place to another, and at the same time, it can bear the weight of the conveyor belt, reduce the running resistance of the conveyor belt, and ensure the flatness and stability of the conveyor belt.

 

Powerless rollers are composed of roller bodies, bearing housings, bearings and seals. Among them, the roller body is the main part to support the conveyor belt, usually the outer ring is made of high-quality steel pipe, while the inner shaft is made of solid round steel to prolong the life of the roller. The bearing housing is an important part fixed on the roller, while the bearings and seals are important accessories to ensure the normal operation of the roller.
