Product Description
Casting parts is the smelting of liquid metal, by pouring, compression injection, inhalation or other casting methods into the pre-prepared casting model, after cooling and grinding and other subsequent processing means, the object obtained with a certain shape, size and performance. The basic principle is the use of liquid metal under the action of gravity or pressure to fill the casting cavity, and in the cavity cooled and solidified, so as to obtain the desired shape of the blank or parts.
Advantages:
1, can produce parts with complex shapes: casting parts can be manufactured with a complex cavity and shape of the parts, which is difficult to achieve other manufacturing processes.

Disadvantages:
1, the physical properties are not as good as some forgings: the mechanical properties and fatigue resistance of cast parts may not be as good as parts that have been forged.
2, the process is complex: casting process involves a number of links, such as moulding, core making, pouring, cooling, etc., easy to quality problems.
3, easy to produce defects: casting parts are prone to porosity, slag, cracks and other defects, affecting the performance and life expectancy
