2) Specify the material requirements, including ALU., STEEL, IRON, COPPER, etc., to ensure precise manufacturing.
3) Detail any desired surface treatments, such as anodizing, powder coating, sandblasting, plating, polishing, or brushing, to achieve the perfect finish.
4) Clearly specify the quantity needed per order, monthly, or annually, to facilitate production planning.
5) Note any special demands or requirements, including packing, labeling, or delivery instructions, to tailor our service to your needs.
2.Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your samples along with drafts specifying thickness, length, height, and width. Our talented engineers will create CAD or 3D files based on your submissions, ensuring accuracy in design and production.
3.Q: Is it possible to track the progress of your products without visiting your company?
A: We provide a comprehensive production schedule and send weekly reports inclusive of photos or videos showcasing the manufacturing process, allowing you to stay informed and engaged with progress from afar.
4.Q: Can I place a trial order or request samples for just a few pieces?
A: For trial orders or sample requests, a nominal sample or mold fee is initially charged. This fee will be refunded upon placing mass orders, as agreed upon during negotiations, ensuring a smooth transition from trial to full-scale production..
