The wear-resistant liner is securely attached to the interior surface of the silo with screws, making replacement straightforward and efficient when necessary.
Characteristics of wear-resistant liner
Wear-resistant steel plate features an alloy wear-resistant layer, achieved by surfacing welding on ordinary or heat-resistant steel plates, including stainless steel plates, containing more than 50% Cr7C3 carbide by volume.
This exceptional steel plate boasts high wear and impact resistance, combined with deformability and weldability. It can be directly crimped and deformed like standard steel plates, undergo cutting and punching, and be processed into engineering components to cater to the wear industry and mining applications.
Despite the higher manufacturing cost of wear-resistant composite steel plates, their lifespan multiplies, drastically reducing maintenance costs and downtime, offering a price-performance ratio 2 to 4 times higher than ordinary materials.
